THE CECILIA Consort is bringing choral mass to Douai Abbey in it’s concert, Requiem for a Queen.
It will bring two masses to the event, with Howard Goodall’s Enternal Light and Maurice Duruflé’s Requiem, featuring the ‘Pie Jesu’.
The Cecilia Consort is a chamber choir of 40 singing enthusiasts, with intensive rehearsals, and recently celebrated its 30th anniversary.
Tickets are £15, though tickets for under 18s are just £5.
Requiem for a Queen takes place from 7.30pm on Saturday, November 12, at Douai Abbey, Upper Woolhampton.
