Telma Cabral, who works at Three UK Phone Store in Reading, has been put forward for the Employee of the Year award sponsored by Reading Buses.
Her nominator said it was owing to her exceptional customer service, dedication, and unwavering commitment to excellence.
“Telma consistently demonstrates top-notch customer service rooted in empathy,” they said.
“She goes above and beyond to understand and address the needs of each customer, ensuring they leave the store satisfied and valued.”
They added: “Her genuine care and concern for people creates a welcoming atmosphere that encourages repeat visits and fosters strong customer relationships.” They said Telma makes sure that everything in the store runs smoothly.
“Whether it’s organising shelves, managing inventory, or assisting her teammates, she approaches every task with the same level of dedication and meticulous attention to detail.”
They cited her proactive attitude and willingness to step in wherever needed “which make her an invaluable asset to the Reading community.
“Telma’s exceptional empathy, customer service, and tireless work ethic are why she stands out as an exemplary employee. Her contributions significantly enhance the overall customer experience,” they said.
