Law firm Blandy & Blandy has advised on the sale of Reading-based Photon Energy Limited, a leading international renewable energy company, to Project Better Energy Limited (PBE).
Photon Energy has built a strong reputation both within the UK and on an international scale, specialising in the design, supply, installation and maintenance of solar PV and sustainable energy solutions across a wide range of sectors, including commercial buildings, schools, universities, residential properties and the public sector.
The company is based in Reading and has offices in Poole, Dartford and Huddersfield. The acquisition of the company by PBE will combine the extensive strengths and sector experience of the companies, enhancing the solar energy services of PBE and expanding their expertise, efficiency and sustainability for clients.
