Broad Street Mall has announced that Bride To Be has been awarded the Best Customer Experience Award at the Drapers Independent Awards.
The team at the much-loved wedding dress shop has been providing award-winning customer service for more than 30 years.
Javaid Aslam, owner of Bride to Be, said: “Our Customer Experience Award is like catching a bouquet at a wedding – exhilarating and full of promise. It’s not just an award for us; it’s a celebration of love, happiness, and all the beautiful moments we create together”.
