READING town centre offices could be converted into flats if a development company wins approval.
New Hill Limited wants to convert three storeys of 40 Oxford Road, leaving intact the Palmyra Lebanese restaurant on the ground floor.
The development would create six one-bedroom flats – two across each upper level.
Floorplans show five of the flats having space for a single bed and one flat having a double bed. They would also have a bathroom, a kitchen and living area.
The building currently has scaffolding around it.
