HAMPSHIRE Police are appealing for help tracing missing Lyla, 13, from Basingstoke.

She was last seen at 2:30pm on Sunday, January 15, on Simmons Walk, Basingstoke, when she was heading to the town centre to meet a friend.

Hampshire Police carrying out enquiries to locate her believe that she may now be in Reading.

They and her family are growing increasingly concerned for her welfare.

She is described as mixed race, 5ft 6ins tall, of medium build, with long, brown hair and brown eyes.

She was last seen wearing a grey jumper with a university logo on it, possibly Harvard, and blue skinny jeans, with black, glittery Nike trainers.
